Description
This ‘lab style’ video, facilitated by director/drama facilitator/teacher Sheena D. Robertson, demonstrates the drama strategy of tableaux, and gives educators a step-by-step illustration of students working through a series of skill-building activities. Once the elements fo tableaux have been explored in a thorough student-centered manner, Sheena then expands upon them, deepening the experience by overlaying an anti-bullying theme. The result is a dynamic, ‘real world’ illustration of students hard at work, having fun, thinking critically, and creating meaningful drama work focused on a complex theme.
