I, the undersigned, do hereby acknowledge that I am solely responsible for my actions, and safety while participating in Kick Start Arts Society’s (KSA) locative media experience entitled ‘I Bent Down To Listen To The Bee’. I acknowledge that I will use public spaces (only) to participate in this creative exploration, and agree that I am solely responsible for following the rules and common courtesy’s of that public space, and to interacting respectfully with other members of the public present in it. I also agree to interact with nature, and the land I am on with respect and care – including not removing or destroying anything from the place I am exploring.
I also agree that KSA has permission to use and reproduce any writing, media, video footage, audio recording, or photographs created during the process of participating in this project, and shared on social media – for use on television, in festivals, and shows, in workshops, or in print, on the internet, or any other format, in any manner suitable to promote and air this project, or others created in the future.
I agree that I will not assert or maintain claims, licensees, any action, suit or demand of any kind or nature whatsoever, including but not limited to those grounded upon privacy, rights of publicity for any reason in connection with the authorized use of my physical likeness and sound in picture and film as herein provided.
