Creating Large Scale Puppets

This ‘lab style’ video, facilitated by artist-educator, and visual artist Leslie Ashton, gives educators a step-by-step illustration of students working through a series of skill-building, inquiry and design activities as they create a large scale puppet inspired by a song. The result is a dynamic, ‘real world’ illustration of students hard at work, having fun, thinking critically, while they creating a horse puppet. A simple performance illustration is included.
